We are a full service general contractor specializing in new homes and custom design builds. We offer complete design build construction throughout Oregon and Western Washington. We have been in business since 1992 with custom homes from $200,000 to $3M. Our homes have been featured in the NW Natural Street of Dreams, Good Day Oregon, The Oregonian and Oregonlive.com as well as various magazine publications.
Our History
West One Homes was founded in 1992 on a vision and passion for building custom new homes. Armed with an old Ford truck and some hand tools we initially operated as a framing contractor and started by building one home a year. We have performed nearly all construction trades purely out of necessity to complete a project. This experience has given us the ability to recognize qualified and quality workers who help us deliver a home that is an investment for future generations.
